Before the departure of the candidates, the necessary orientations takes place by the registered training organizations about the general information of destination country, weather & cultural information as well as dos and don’ts. Similarly, on the day of departure, the half an hour orientation class adds to take place. This is conducted from Pasa itself, where the general information about company and the general rules and norms that has to be followed in abroad industries will be provided.
Adding to that, list of flight details will be sent to the concerning company before two days of their departure to ensure their safe arrival at the concerning destinations. The identification of those flown candidates will be carried out by the unique dress that is embedded with the logo of Pasa those are provided by Pasa itself.
Finally, the follow up with the company takes place to ensure the candidates’ confirmation of successful deployment at their companies.
